Class Description

Cardio Waves:  Want the best of both worlds?  Join our high intensity, low-impact aqua class for a fantastic combination of aerobic and fitness training.

 

Power Drench:  Join us in our liquid weight room and build your cardiovascular endurance while you increase strength & flexibility.  Use various resistance apparatus to tone and strengthen.

 

Aqua Attack:  A high-energy aerobic workout designed to maximize heart rate and minimize impact.  Includes interval and strength training.

 

DownDeep:  Are you ready for a challenge?  Use our buoyancy equipment to enjoy a class like no other.  Our lap pool is the perfect environment for cardiovascular conditioning.

 

Water Running:  Finally, a zero impact, aerobic workout that gets your heart rate up while it gives those joints a break.  Use buoyancy equipment to build strength & endurance.
